Job summary

Stonhard is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B growth through in-person client calls and targeted activity for quotes and orders. You will identify new business opportunities and coordinate with installation crews to manage projects.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales in construction/industrial markets, strong communication, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce/ZoomInfo). A valid driver’s license is required, with hybrid home-office flexibility.

Qualifications

Two or more years of related B2B sales experience preferred in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with flexibility.
Computer literacy with CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls, meeting or exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating with installation crews.
