Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Territory Manager for the West Boston area. Based in Waltham, MA, you will drive B2B sales, identify new business opportunities and manage on-site project coordination with installation crews.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B sales in relevant markets, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/ZoomInfo) and a valid driver’s license. Hybrid work setup with some field visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of B2B sales in construction/industrial/commercial markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and hit activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities (ZoomInfo provided) and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee site installation coordination with installation crews and scheduling.
