Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales growth by meeting activity goals for quotes and orders, while proactively identifying new opportunities. You will manage customer records and logs in Salesforce and coordinate with installation crews on project execution.

The role offers uncapped earnings potential and the chance to work from a home office when not meeting clients, with base compensation range advertised at $70,000–$90,000 plus commissions.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of related sales B2B experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites coordinating with installation crews.
