Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Coordinator/Scheduler in Milford, NH to manage the Wellness team's schedule, recruit for wellness roles, and support the overall associate experience for residents and staff.

The role coordinates closely with the Resident Care Director, maintains a positive work environment, and ensures compliance with safety and infection control measures while using tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling and staff coordination in a care setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Massachusetts CNA/PCA certification or willingness to attend Northbridge PCA training.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for Wellness team based on resident care plans.
• Recruit for all wellness roles.
• Collaborate with other care professionals to keep the care team effective.
• Follow safety rules and infection control measures to protect residents.
• Proficient with technology including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Participate in training to improve caregiving skills.
