Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a small, rapidly expanding team.
• Ability to work across teams and use MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical staff to smoothly schedule and transition patients to the wellness intake process.
• Maintain positive communication with staff to promote scheduling of patients for wellness programs.
• Master program offerings and promote them in conversations with patients.
• Manage employer group files related to the wellness platform.
• Support outreach efforts and education as required.
