Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support the Wellness and Reflections Departments. Under supervision, you will coordinate staff schedules, maintain the monthly master schedule, and ensure staffing coverage for all shifts.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding documentation, while maintaining resident records and supporting EHR management. This role requires healthcare terminology familiarity and strong communication with care teams.

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge of medical, technical, procedural, and nursing terminology.
• Experience coordinating staff schedules and staffing requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules and maintain the monthly master schedule.
• Ensure staffing par levels are met for all shifts in Wellness/Reflections Departments.
• Assist with recruitment needs and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain resident records and support EHR/document management.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and care team as needed.
