Job summary

The Northbridge Companies in Milford, NH is seeking a dedicated Wellness Coordinator/Scheduler to manage the Wellness team's schedule and support resident care. You will recruit staff, coordinate care with other professionals, and ensure excellent service within regulatory guidelines.

This full-time, weekday position emphasizes a positive work environment, ongoing training, and strong communication with residents, families, and the broader wellness team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Scheduling is required.
• Strong interviewing and recruiting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
• Work well with healthcare professionals as part of Wellness team.
• Criminal Background Screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for Wellness team based on current resident care plans.
• Recruit for all wellness roles.
• Work with other care professionals to keep the care team effective and organized.
• Follow safety rules and infection control measures to keep residents healthy.
• Comfortable using technology including Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and other software platforms.
• Take part in training and education to keep improving caregiving skills.
