Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Scheduling Coordinator in Lansdale, PA, to manage resident scheduling, staffing, and payroll support on a full-time basis.

You will handle communications from prospective residents, families, and referrals, while ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR for compliance and continuity of care across our continuing care communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clerical and/or administrative experience.
• Prior scheduling experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of resident cases by ensuring accurate scheduling, appropriate staffing, visit verification, and support for payroll processes.
• Assist with managing communications from prospective residents, families, and referral sources regarding new or existing services.
• Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately within the EHR to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
