Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Florida is seeking a Wellness Home Services Scheduling Coordinator to oversee resident case coordination, ensure accurate scheduling, appropriate staffing, visit verification, and payroll support.

You will handle communications from prospective residents, families, and referral sources, document interactions in the EHR, and help maintain compliant, high-quality service across our continuum of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of clerical/administrative experience.
• Prior scheduling experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of resident cases with accurate scheduling and staffing.
• Verify visits and support payroll processes.
• Assist with communications from prospective residents, families, and referrals.
• Document interactions thoroughly in the EHR for compliance and continuity of care.
