Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks an Activities Assistant-CFL to support wellness programming across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL. The role involves leading daily group programs, prepping spaces, and encouraging resident participation under the Director of Wellness Programming.

Responsibilities include transportation of residents when needed, coordinating with volunteers, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment aligned with MBK values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of work experience leading groups with varying levels of physical and cognitive independence in a similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents to plan and facilitate engaging group programs and outings.
• Escort residents to programs and assist with transportation as needed.
• Prepare and manage program spaces, supplies, and materials for safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with volunteers and partners; use electronic systems for content management and reporting.
• Assist with administrative tasks while promoting MBK’s core values.
