MBK Senior Living is hiring a Wellness Programming Assistant/Driver. The role supports group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL as directed by the Director of Wellness Programming.

Responsibilities include facilitating daily programs, preparing spaces, and assisting with transportation for residents. The position requires a high school diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred) and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance for transporting residents.
• Ability to use basic office software and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily group programs and assist with prep of materials and spaces.
• Escort residents to programs and provide transportation when needed.
• Maintain safe, welcoming spaces and capture photos/videos per guidelines.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; use electronic systems for content management.
• Support the Director of Wellness Programming with administrative tasks.
