Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Mesa, AZ is seeking a PRN Wellness Programming Assistant to support group programs across Independent Living and Assisted Living. You will help plan and facilitate activities, prepare spaces and materials, and encourage resident participation, with occasional transportation to outings.

You will work under the Director of Wellness Programming, bringing warmth, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to a team that values hospitality and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Lead group activities for residents in IL/AL/CFL and assist as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance for transporting residents.
• Complete required background clearances and health screenings.
• Strong English communication with diverse groups and residents.
• Willingness to obtain the required license class for company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily group programs and special events for residents.
• Prepare spaces, supplies, and materials; ensure safety and accessibility.
• Escort residents to programs and outings; assist with transportation as needed.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; document activities.
• Support the Director of Wellness Programming and uphold MBK values.
