MBK Senior Living in Corona, CA is seeking a part-time Wellness Programming Assistant to support independent living, assisted living, and connections for living programs. Under the Director of Wellness Programming, you will lead daily group activities, prepare materials, coordinate spaces, and help residents stay engaged and connected.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience leading groups, and a valid California driver’s license.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience leading groups with varying independence in similar settings.
• Valid state driver's license and insurance for transporting residents; willingness to qualify for company vehicle license.

Responsabilidades

• Build supportive relationships with residents to plan, schedule, and facilitate engaging group programs, events, and outings.
• Encourage participation by reminding, motivating, and escorting residents to programs; assist with transportation as needed.
• Prepare and manage program spaces, supplies, and materials to ensure safety and accessibility; capture photos/videos per guidelines.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; use electronic systems for content management and reporting.
• Assist the Director of Wellness Programming with administrative tasks while promoting MBK’s core values.
• Provide backup transportation support to ensure residents have timely access to activities.
