MBK Senior Living in California is seeking an Activities Assistant. The Wellness Programming Assistant supports group programs across IL/AL, assists with materials, spaces, and transport, and helps create an engaging, connected resident experience.

Under the Director of Wellness Programming, you’ll lead daily activities, coordinate volunteers, document program outcomes, and uphold MBK values of Ageless Explorations and Better Together while ensuring safety and high-quality hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Build and facilitate engaging group programs for residents.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and outings.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners to support activities.
