Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Programming Assistant to support the development and delivery of group programs across Independent Living and Assisted Living. The role involves facilitating activities, preparing spaces, and helping residents stay engaged and connected.

Under the Director of Wellness Programming, you will help create warm, inclusive environments, assist with transportation when needed, and support program administration in a team-focused, hospitality-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Build relationships with residents to tailor group programs.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and outings.
• Create welcoming spaces for daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily group programs in IL/AL (and CFL when needed).
• Prepare materials and spaces for activities.
• Encourage participation and document participation outcomes.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners.
• Support administrative tasks for Wellness Programming.
