Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Corona, CA is seeking a Wellness Programming Assistant to support daily group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL as needed. You will assist the Director of Wellness Programming, prepare materials, and help create engaging experiences for residents.

You will transport residents when required, foster participation, and maintain safe, welcoming spaces, while aligning with MBK's values of Ageless Explorations and Better Together.

Qualifications

• Experience with activities programming or working with seniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents to plan and facilitate group programs and outings.
• Assist the Director of Wellness Programming with daily duties and program logistics.
• Transport residents to appointments and outings when needed.
• Prepare spaces and supplies for programs, ensuring safety and accessibility.
