Elements Massage in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional client experience every time they enter the studio. You will inform clients about the Elements Wellness Program and help enroll members through our proven sales process.

As the first and final face of hospitality, you will ensure smooth paperwork, accurate payments, and a welcoming atmosphere while collaborating with Managers and Massage Therapists to keep clients at

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; hospitality and execution matter.
• Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments processed with computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer service experience for all clients entering the studio.
• Inform clients about the Elements Wellness Program and its benefits.
• Follow the sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program.
• Be the first and final face of hospitality, on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensure paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate.
• Work with Managers and Massage Therapists to center the client experience.
