Responsibilities

• Guide clients through our sales process and Wellness Program.
• Build relationships that drive loyalty and long-term clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Educate clients on Elements Wellness Program benefits.
• Confidently enroll clients in the Elements Wellness Program.
• Serve as the first and last impression of the studio, delivering warm hospitality.
• Ensure all appointment paperwork and payment processing is accurate and seamless.
• Collaborate with Managers and Service Providers to maintain a team-driven environment.
