Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional experience for clients and members. You will lead retail sales and explain the Elements Wellness Program, guiding guests through enrollment and benefits.

Join a team that earns commissions on wellness plan sales and can receive up to $200 in bonuses. Available shifts are Wednesday through Saturday, 8am to 3pm, with a friendly, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, selling memberships or services in-person.
• Ability to follow a proven sales process and enroll clients into wellness programs.
• Customer service experience in spa-like environments or hospitality is preferred.

• Sell Elements Wellness Program memberships and services to clients.
• Lead retail sales and customer service for potential clients and current members.
• Enroll clients using the studio's sales process and ensure smooth paperwork and payments.
