Job summary

Hydration Room seeks a Wellness Coordinator in Carlsbad, CA to deliver a warm, high-touch patient experience. You will check in patients, verify paperwork, schedule appointments, and assist the RN while maintaining a polished, professional environment.

The role requires 2+ years in a high-volume service setting or premium hospitality, with familiarity in POS and scheduling systems a plus. This is a full-time position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support the RN in providing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the RN in opening and/or closing the clinic each day.
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, and technical tasks to coordinate patient care.
• Manage phones, including answering calls and documenting calls in a timely manner.
