Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to deliver elevated, guest-focused care across multiple San Diego-area locations. You will greet patients, verify paperwork, schedule appointments, process payments, and support the RN to ensure a smooth, five-star experience.

You should have 2+ years in a high-volume service setting, with 1+ year in premium hospitality preferred. A flexible schedule and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations in the area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, verify paperwork, and answer questions.
• Support the RN and assist with clinic opening/closing tasks.
• Schedule appointments and process payments with care.
• Promote service packages and memberships while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinic and provide Five Star service.
