Job summary

Hydration Room in Laguna Niguel is seeking a Wellness Coordinator who delivers polished, high-touch service to patients, checks in clients, verifies paperwork, answers questions, schedules appointments, and assists the RN in a fast-paced, boutique setting.

You will support the RN across multiple California locations including Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, Dana Point, San Clemente and Rancho Santa Margarita, with weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support the RN in providing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the RN in opening and/or closing the clinic each day.
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, and technical tasks to coordinate patient care.
• Manage phones, including answering calls and documenting calls in a timely manner.
