Job summary

Hydration Room in Goleta, CA is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our boutique wellness team on a part-time basis. You will work 2-3 shifts per week, including at least one weekend shift, at the Goleta clinic location.

You’ll greet patients, verify paperwork, answer questions, offer refreshments, assist the RN, schedule appointments, and process payments, delivering elevated, high-touch service with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a high-volume patient or customer service role.
• 1+ year in premium hospitality or boutique service preferred.
• Must be available 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and weekends.
• Willingness to work at all Hydration Room locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the RN in delivering patient care in a fast-paced clinic.
• Open or close the clinic with RN assistance.
• Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks for patient care.
• Manage phone calls and document communications promptly.
• Maintain inventory of clinic supplies with RN.
• Promote service packages and memberships.
• Deliver Five Star customer service.
• Uphold confidentiality and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Report facility issues to the Support Center.
• Perform other clinic duties as assigned.
