Hydration Room is seeking an organized Wellness Coordinator to greet patients, verify paperwork, schedule visits, and process payments with high-touch service. You will support the RN, manage front-desk tasks, and help maintain a welcoming, confidential clinic environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a busy patient or guest service role and 1+ year in premium hospitality. Flexible scheduling includes weekends, with full-time and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality preferred.
• Schedule flexibility between 8:00am–8:00pm and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN and support clinic operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Open/close the clinic and manage front-desk tasks and patient flow.
• Answer calls, document messages, and coordinate patient care.
• Maintain supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service and protect patient confidentiality.
