Job summary

Hydration Room seeks a Wellness Coordinator to deliver warm, refined, service-driven experiences for patients. You will check in patients, verify paperwork, answer questions, assist the RN, schedule appointments, and process payments with a high-touch approach.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest interactions, coordination across locations, and familiarity with POS and scheduling systems. This is a part-time position with weekend coverage required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a high-volume patient or customer service setting.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with POS and scheduling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN in patient care in a fast-paced clinic.
• Open/close the clinic with the RN.
• Handle basic admin tasks coordinating patient care.
• Manage phones and document calls promptly.
• Maintain supplies inventory and track deliveries.
• Learn basic provided treatments and promote service packages.
