Hydration Room in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to deliver high-end, guest-focused service across multiple clinics. You’ll check in patients, verify paperwork, assist the RN, schedule appointments, and process payments, maintaining a warm, refined experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality preferred.
• Availability to work at multiple locations and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support the RN in providing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the RN in opening and/or closing the clinic each day.
• Perform basic administrative, clerical, and technical tasks to coordinate patient care.
• Manage phones, including answering calls, returning missed calls from off-hours, and documenting calls in a timely manner.
• Work with the RN to maintain clinic and nursing supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and recording delivery receipts.
• Promote service packages and memberships.
