Job summary

Hydration Room is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to deliver elevated, high-touch service in a fast-paced wellness clinic. You’ll greet patients, verify paperwork, assist the RN, schedule appointments, and handle payments, all while maintaining confidentiality and a polished, guest-focused approach.

You’ll work 2-3 shifts per week with weekend coverage, earning a base hourly rate of $21 plus tips. This role covers Southlake, TX and surrounding locations with flexible scheduling and room for

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS and scheduling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support the RN in providing care to patients.
• Assist the RN in opening/closing the clinic daily.
• Perform basic administrative tasks to coordinate patient care.
