Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, drive sales and guest satisfaction, manage staffing, and ensure brand standards are met. The GM will lead coaching conversations, monitor performance, and partner with Area Managers to ensure peak performance across the clinic.

The role requires a minimum 2 years of related experience and a strong focus on customer service, operations, and compliance with franchise policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
• Minimum 25 hours per week at front desk.
• 2 years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of computer operations: email, spreadsheets, databases and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop staff; supervise service providers.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
• Maintain front desk operations (minimum 25 hours/week).
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and training of staff.
