Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a General Manager for a Concord, NC clinic to oversee day-to-day operations, sales, guest experience and staff management. You will lead a team, manage front desk coverage, coaching, and ensure service standards align with massage and skincare offerings.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience, with strong leadership, communication, and operational skills to drive monthly and annual performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; and minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• The equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage: Work a minimum of 25 hours per week at the front desk, performing all duties and responsibilities of the FDSA role exceptionally.
• Leadership: Be a role model for the Company culture and maintain a professional environment for staff, members and guests.
• Performance: Ensure clinic meets monthly and annual performance goals; conduct sales and service strategy meetings; hold staff accountable.
• Member & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high-quality service and resolve disputes to maximise satisfaction.
• Hiring & Onboarding: Hire, onboard, and train new clinic staff; review performance of service providers.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure proper supplies, equipment, inventory, and utilities; manage staff schedules and clinic cleanliness.
• Compliance: Maintain full compliance with franchise agreements and local laws; ensure licenses, insurance, and background checks are in file.
• Other duties as assigned; Supervisory responsibilities: Recruit, train, supervise, develop and evaluate department staff.
