Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a clinic, including sales, customer service, staffing, and performance of the facility. You will lead staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the Massage Envy brand values across operations.

The role requires coaching staff, managing schedules, and driving monthly/annual performance while maintaining compliance with franchise standards and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage and 32+ hours weekly at the front desk.
• Provide leadership and be a role model for company culture.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff in partnership with Area Manager; manage service providers.
• Ensure clinic meets monthly and annual performance goals; conduct sales/service strategy meetings.
• Maintain compliance with franchise agreements and state/local laws; ensure licenses and registrations are current.
