Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, including sales, customer service, staffing, and overall management of the clinic. The role emphasizes upholding brand values and delivering best-in-class guest experiences.

Reports to Area Manager / District Manager; requires leadership, coaching, and strong customer service skills. Non-exempt, FDSA & Service Providers as direct reports; 32+ hours/week front-desk work expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; and
• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent education and experience.
• Should have knowledge of computer operations: email, spreadsheets, databases and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage and work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Lead and coach staff to maintain a professional environment.
• Keep Area Manager and District Manager informed of issues affecting employees, operations or financial results.
• Conduct daily huddles and provide coaching in the moment as needed.
• Manage clinic to meet monthly and annual performance goals; conduct sales and service strategy meetings.
• Hire, onboard, and train new staff in partnership with Area Manager; review performance of Service Providers.
