Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a service/retail setting.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Ability to lead, coach, and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage and perform all duties of the FDSA role.
• Lead staff and maintain a positive, professional environment.
• Coach staff and communicate issues to Area/District Managers.
• Ensure clinic meets monthly and annual performance goals.
