Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations, ensuring coverage of at least 25 hours weekly.
• Model Massage Envy culture and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coach staff regularly and report performance to Area/District Managers.
• Ensure member and guest satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution.
• Hire, onboard, and train clinic staff in partnership with management.
• Ensure clinic has proper supplies, inventory, and compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with franchise agreements and local regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
