Massage Envy is seeking a General Manager for its Florida clinic to lead daily operations, sales, customer service, staffing and financial results. You will model the brand values and ensure an exceptional guest experience while driving performance through coaching and accountability.

Reporting to Area Manager, you will manage front desk coverage, recruit and develop staff, oversee compliance, and maintain facility standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related clinic leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage and leadership of FDSA role.
• Lead staff to meet monthly and annual performance goals.
• Hire, onboard, and train clinic staff.
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and local laws.
• Maintain clinic standards, supplies, and environment.
• Provide coaching and development sessions.
