Oak Street Health in Texas is hiring a Welcome Coordinator to create an inclusive environment for patients and guests. You will welcome visitors, collect forms, process co-pays and update records in the EMR while coordinating scheduling and inquiries.

The role emphasizes flexible, high-touch support and teamwork within the Service Team. The Welcome Coordinator reports to the Practice Manager and may float to other centers in the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian or other community languages where needed.
• US work authorization required to work in CVS Health locations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests and check them in
• Assist with required forms and collect co-pays
• Update patient information in the EMR and schedule appointments
• Manage hospital phone lines, messages, and outbound calls
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas
