Oak Street Health is seeking a Welcome Coordinator to create a warm, inclusive first impression for patients. You will manage front-desk tasks, scheduling, and patient forms while coordinating with the care team to deliver a high-quality patient experience.

This role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and a welcoming attitude toward older adults in our clinics within the CVS Health ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken in the communities we serve.
• US work authorization required.
• Some college preferred and customer service experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Check-in patients and assist with forms.
• Collect co-pays and update patient information.
• Schedule or reschedule appointments in the EMR system.
• Answer and route phone calls and manage outbound calls.
• Handle faxes and maintain areas of the Welcome/Community Room.
• Occasionally float to other centers in the region.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
