Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Check-in and assist with forms.
• Collect co-pays.
• Update patient information in EMR.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments in EMR.
• Manage phone lines and outbound calls.
• Handle faxes and maintain unit cleanliness.
• Potentially float to other centers in region.
