Oak Street Health is seeking a Welcome Coordinator to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and guests at our Mississippi clinic. You will handle check-in, required forms, payments and ensure accurate patient data in the EMR while supporting team operations.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite are required.
• Professional phone etiquette is required.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities we serve.
• US work authorization is required.
• Some college experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Conducting visit check-in and assisting patients with required forms.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating patient information and changes in the EMR platform.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments in the EMR system.
• Answering and routing phone calls; outbound calls as instructed.
• Managing faxes in the electronic fax platform.
• Maintaining cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas.
• May float to other centers in the region occasionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
