Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver remote patient care. You will work with a dedicated team, independently assessing, diagnosing, and managing health problems for patients age 18 months and up.

Required: Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner, National Board Certification, and licensure in eligible states; at least two years of relevant experience; strong communication and digital documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and national board certification.
• Active NP license in applicable states or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care via a remote platform.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health concerns for patients 18 months+.
• Educate on pregnancy prevention and STI prevention, and counsel on therapies.
• Document care in an EHR per MinuteClinic policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Providers, physicians, pharmacists, and care teams.
