Job summary

CVS Health’s Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner role offers remote, evening coverage with a schedule that includes every other weekend. You will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and older, using a remote platform and integrated EHR documentation.

Ideal candidates hold an NP license in CT/GA/NC/ND/NJ/NY/PA/SC/SD/VA/WI/WV and have at least two years of medically-relevant experience. Master’s in Family NP and board certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in one of the eligible states.
• Minimum two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care via a remote platform.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health problems for patients aged 18 months and up.
• Counsel on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
• Document care in the EHR per policy and coordinate with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Work in a team while maintaining independence and initiative.
