Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a MinuteClinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver holistic, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and older via a remote technology platform.

The role requires current NP licensure in eligible states, a Master's in Family NP with National Board Certification, and at least two years of relevant experience. The full-time evening schedule includes every other weekend, with benefits and a CVS Health bonus program as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with current National Board Certification and an active State license to practice in an Advanced Practice Nurse role.
• Licensed in one of the specified states and able to obtain additional licensure as needed.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, and health counseling.
• Evaluate primary, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients aged 18 months and older.
• Offer contraceptive care counseling and medication management as part of patient care.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries.
• Document all patient care in an electronic health record per policy.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
