CVS Health Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner provides patient care via a remote platform and works with a dedicated team to deliver holistic, evidence-based care for patients 18 months and older. This full-time overnight role requires a current NP license in one of the listed states, a Master's in Family Nurse Practitioner, NB certification, and at least two years of relevant experience.

All care is documented in an EHR with collaboration across the care team.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in one of the listed states.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Document all patient care in an EHR per clinic policies.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacists and care team to deliver high-quality care.
