Aspire Talent Solutions is partnering with a Connecticut health care and senior living provider to hire an RN Supervisor for weekend shifts. This on-site, permanent role leads weekend nursing operations, supports charge nurses, and ensures safe resident care across Saturday and Sunday schedules.

The ideal candidate holds an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, proven leadership, EMR proficiency (PointClickCare), and a track record of clinical prioritization.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
• Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize clinically and make rapid decisions.
• Hands-on EMR experience with PointClickCare.

Responsabilidades

• Weekend clinical leadership: supervise and guide weekend nursing operations.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident conditions, meds, and infection control.
• Provide rapid clinical decisions during status changes or emergencies.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and room assignments on weekends.
• Coach and mentor RNs/LPNs/CNAs; ensure shift accountability.
• Ensure compliant EMR documentation per DPH/CMS.
