Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor in Connecticut to lead on-site weekend nursing operations. The role requires supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, maintaining person-centered care, and ensuring regulatory compliance across weekend shifts.

The supervisor will coordinate admissions, rounds, triage, and documentation, providing clinical leadership and support to charge nurses while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical prioritization and decision-making during weekends
• Experience with PointClickCare or similar EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend nursing operations and supervise staff to ensure person-centered care
• Perform rounds across units to monitor patient condition and workflows
• Provide rapid clinical decisions during status changes or emergencies
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharge orders
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain shift accountability
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation compliant with DPH and CMS rules
