Job summary

Job Juncture is partnering with a Connecticut-based healthcare and senior living provider to hire Weekend RN Supervisors for on-site weekend leadership. You will oversee weekend nursing operations, triage clinical issues, and support charge nurses, CNAs, and other staff to maintain safety and quality of care.

The role requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and prior supervisory experience. A Baylor weekend schedule provides full-time benefits and weekend premium opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in CT required.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Prior supervisory or unit-manager experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (PointClickCare) for documentation and orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing operations and provide clinical leadership.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident conditions and staff workflows.
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making during emergencies or status changes.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and room assignments.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; promote teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure timely EMR documentation compliant with DPH and CMS.
