Job summary

United Future is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations at our Connecticut facilities. The role supports on-site leadership, triage oversight, and coordination with charge nurses, CNAs, and floor nurses while ensuring care continuity and regulatory compliance.

The position offers weekend shift options (7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM), Baylor program benefits, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off; candidates must hold an active Connecticut RN license

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings.
Active CT RN license required.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills in a long-term care environment.
Proficiency with EMR systems for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide weekend clinical leadership and supervision of nursing operations.
Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions, medication administration, infection control, and staff workflows.
Provide triage and rapid clinical decision-making during events or changes in resident status.
Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, room assignments, and discharge orders.
Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; maintain shift accountability and teamwork.
Ensure accurate EMR documentation in compliance with DPH and CMS.”],
