Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekends in Connecticut. This on-site role leads weekend nursing operations, coordinates triage, and provides administrative support to charge nurses and CNAs.

The Baylor option offers 32 weekend hours with 38 paid hours and full-time benefits eligibility. The ideal candidate holds a CT RN license with 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, strong leadership, and proven EMR proficiency (PointClickCare).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend nursing operations and provide clinical leadership
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions, meds, infection control, and staff workflows
• Respond to urgent changes with rapid clinical decision-making
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure teamwork and accountability
• Ensure timely EMR documentation in compliance with DPH and CMS
