Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in a Connecticut facility. The role requires a CT RN license, 2–3 years of SNF/LTC experience, and prior supervisory responsibilities.

You will oversee weekend staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support patient care continuity. Flex scheduling and Baylor options apply, with full-time benefits eligibility for weekend-focused leadership.

Qualifications

• Active CT RN license
• 2–3 years SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab experience
• Proven supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR for documentation and orders

Responsibilities

• Weekend clinical leadership: supervise and direct nursing operations on weekend shifts
• Conduct routine unit rounds to monitor resident conditions and staff workflows
• Provide rapid triage and emergency decision-making during changes or events
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharge orders
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to promote teamwork and accountability
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation in compliance with state and CMS regulations
