Kingfisher Recruiting seeks an experienced Weekend RN Supervisor for a Connecticut provider focused on mission-driven care in senior living. The role leads weekend nursing operations across shifts, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and seamless care continuity.

The position requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute settings, and weekend leadership experience. Baylor option available with 32 weekend hours and 38 paid hours, plus full benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2-3 years nursing leadership in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting.
• Experience supervising weekend nursing operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Weekend clinical leadership and supervision of nursing operations.
• Conduct routine rounds across clinical units monitoring patient conditions and workflows.
• Provide rapid clinical decisions during changes in resident status or emergencies.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharge orders.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DHS and CMS regulations.
