Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations at a Connecticut facility.

This on-site role provides clinical leadership, triage oversight, and administrative support to charge nurses, CNAs, and LPNs, ensuring resident safety and regulatory compliance. Reporting to nursing administration, you supervise weekend rounds, manage admissions/transfers, coach staff, and ensure accurate EMR documentation per DPH/CMS.

Formación

• Active CT RN license required.
• 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute setting.
• Demonstrated weekend leadership and prioritization.
• Experience with EMR documentation (PointClickCare).

Responsabilidades

• Weekend clinical leadership and supervision of nursing operations.
• Conduct rounds, monitor resident conditions, and oversee staff workflows.
• Provide triage and emergency response decisions during weekend hours.
• Assist admissions and transfers; support unit staff.
• Coach RNs/LPNs/CNAs; ensure shift accountability and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation meeting DPH/CMS standards.
